Navigating life and relationships can be very difficult at times. It’s easy to get stuck in patterns of negative thoughts or behaviors, where we relate to others, the world, and ourselves in ways that no longer serve us. It’s also common to struggle with letting go of the past—people, losses, or traumas—as well as anxiety, depression, and addictions. These challenges can leave us feeling anxious, angry, depressed, overwhelmed, or hopeless—often feeling alone and desperate for something to change.
I specialize in helping people heal from trauma, including PTSD and complex trauma. At the same time, I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety, grief, depression, and addictions. I use evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, somatic (body-focused) techniques, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help you process these struggles and shift unhelpful patterns in a way that feels safe and manageable. My focus is on reducing emotional overwhelm, calming your nervous system, and helping you reconnect with a sense of stability and control.
I see myself as your copilot, guiding you back to the hope, strength, and courage already inside you.
